Our thirty-year foundation is based on tooling and processes that support the advanced composites industry. This foundation in composites manufacture with extensive tooling capability is rare to find in an agile company the size of ACE. It not only provides our customers with the security that we have complete control from blue print to part, but tooling is designed and produced with the entire process considered in its creation. This leads to efficiency on the floor and a quality product delivered.
With our in-house 5-axis CNC’s, we have supplied many major primes, tooling needs with masters, jigs, fixtures, autoclave bond tools and more. We pride ourselves in taking on some of the most complex molding configurations and producing dimensionally accurate and quality laminates meeting our customers’ quality standards.
We continually pursue improvements in tooling techniques either from outside ACE or within our own investments in research and development seeking improved quality and lower costs, reduction in time from Purchase Order to delivery, in particular for prototype and proof of concept, which is important to reduce our customer’s time to market.
