We believe we offer competitive advantages as one integrated company:

  • Agile Design and Production
Our comprehensive capabilities specialized in quick-response, fast-turnover projects can dramatically reduce the product development life cycle.

  • Vertically Integrated
We provide part and tool design to manufacturing process development to production fabrication to all aspects of testing.

  • Experienced
We are proud to have many legacy aerospace structures development programs, across military, commercial and critical space platforms.

  • Bandwidth
Currently 500,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing floor space, 700+ employees and more than 70+ engineers with the ability to scale as necessary to accommodate any business need.
  • Fully Qualified
Nadcap accreditation for Composites, FAA Repair Station, ISO17025 Compliance, EASA, with Tier 1 and OEM contractors.

  • State-of-the-Art 5-axis Machining Capabilities
32 CNC machines. Including envelopes up to 13’ x 40’ x 5’, ultrasonic CNC capability, and CNC waterjet. We also design and fabricate our required tooling.

  • All-digital Layup Production
Implemented throughout 28,000 sq.ft. of clean room space. All plies are cut with controlled cutting files, which are then processed during hand-layup with precision laser projection systems, press molding, RTM or filament winding.

  • Assembly and Integration
Dedicated high-bay for satellite and subsystem assembly.  Environmentally controlled and RH monitored.

  • Autoclaves and Ovens
21 current technology autoclaves with an operating diameter of up to 16’ (by 30’ length), length of up to 40’ (by 7’ width), and processing parameters up to 800°F & 200 psi. 30 ovens, with envelopes up to 9’ x 8’ x 30’ and temperatures up to 450°F allow for massive bandwidth for out-of-autoclave processes.

  • Comprehensive Test
A full suite of materials testing capabilities (including ASTM), ultrasonic & CMM inspection, 3D printers, radome transmissivity and quality inspectors certified to AS9100D.
