Applied Composites Announces CEO Transition

Brea, CA, September 15, 2025 — Applied Composites Holdings, LLC (“Applied Composites” or the “Company”) today announced a leadership transition. Marc Duvall, Chief Executive Officer, will retire effective September 15, 2025, and will continue to support the company as a member of the Board of Directors.

The company also announced that Shawn Gould has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Shawn is a seasoned global manufacturing leader with more than 20 years of experience in aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, most recently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Sunward Steel.
